How Flagship Responds to Tenant Requests in One Minute with Building Engines

Flagship Healthcare Properties is a Charlotte-based, fully integrated CRE firm that manages 3.9 million sq. ft. across 150 healthcare properties for more than 460 tenants. As the company and tenant expectations grew, its reliance on spreadsheets and individual emails to handle 800+ leases and daily work orders became inefficient and unsustainable, prompting the need for a single, intuitive system to centralize work orders, tenant communication, COI tracking, and operational data.

Flagship implemented Building Engines to streamline work order management, mobile responses, tenant messaging, COI tracking, and reporting. As a result they meet a one-minute acknowledgement benchmark, raised work order completion from 94.2% to 97.7%, improved preventive maintenance completion to 88.2%, kept tenant satisfaction at 92.8%, and increased billed work-order revenue by 48% (from ~$590.7K to ~$875.6K), while gaining better visibility and risk control.
