Keller Williams, a large real estate brokerage, needed a better way to keep its 230 agents connected, trained, and informed while they were constantly in the field. Prior to using Buildfire, the team relied on social media, email, text, and calendars, which made it difficult for agents to find training details and created administrative bottlenecks from frequent phone calls.

Buildfire developed a native mobile app for Keller Williams that centralized internal communication, added an events calendar with Zoom and Eventbrite integration, and provided an agent roster plus a vendor catalog. The app helped reduce office calls, improved training access and engagement, and even created a new revenue stream through paid vendor placements; the office grew from 170 to 230 agents, with 7,372+ downloads, 2,397+ total users, and 32,457+ push notifications published.
