Buildertrend’s calendar/scheduling, Client Portal, Photo Storage and Change Orders gave HDR a single organized system that lets one project manager track multiple jobs, keeps customers informed, and documents progress (project managers upload images about every three days). As a result HDR increased capacity without sacrificing quality, improved reliability—hitting estimated completion dates “within about a week”—and gained a sales differentiator that helps screen and win the right clients, with Buildertrend also responding to HDR’s product feedback.
