Cronulla Pools, a Sydney-based concrete swimming pool builder founded in 2018, faced rapid growth and the challenge of managing finances, schedules and communication across dozens of concurrent projects. After outgrowing Xero and paper-based processes, Cronulla Pools turned to Buildertrend—using its pool app and Schedule features—to gain better control of project management.

Buildertrend’s Schedule, Daily Logs and Customer/Sub Portals were implemented to link schedule items to invoices, logs and to-dos, improve on-site reporting and keep subcontractors and clients aligned. The result: streamlined workflows that enabled Cronulla Pools to scale from 35 pools in their first year to being on track for about 75 this year, managing roughly 70 projects at once—growth they say would have been impossible without Buildertrend.
