Wade Jurney Homes is a rapidly expanding private home builder—ranked #43 on the Builder 100—building in 250+ communities across multiple states and averaging about ten starts a day. That rapid, multi-state growth created a clear challenge: how to efficiently track sites, manage sales and construction workflows, and scale operations without bloating staff or losing speed.
Wade Jurney solved this by deploying an integrated tech stack—BuilderMT and Builder Portal for workflow, Sales Simplicity with Options Online™ for web and iPad-driven sales, DocuSign for contracts, and Sage for accounting—creating a largely automated, paperless buying and building process. The integration streamlined lead capture, estimating, scheduling and purchasing, supported a lean ~170-person team, accelerated closings (from 437 in 2014 to 1,800+ in 2017), enabled the ten-starts-per-day pace, and fueled continued multi-state expansion.
