I&H Brown, a civil engineering main contractor, needed a BIM-compliant drawing and document management system for its £18m Warrington multi-storey car park project. They also wanted secure cloud-based photo storage and an easy-to-use RFI system for internal teams, subcontractors, designers, and the client, and turned to BuilderStorm to help meet the new BIM requirements.

BuilderStorm implemented a mobile-friendly platform that managed over 1,000 drawings and revisions, nearly 200 RFIs with live timestamps, and almost 800 project photos, all in one secure system. BuilderStorm also provided training and tailored the software to add folder-based user restrictions, helping I&H Brown adopt the platform quickly and complete the project smoothly, on time, and on budget.
