Anderson Group, a family-owned construction business founded in 1987 and now employing 400 people, needed a better way to manage timesheets across multiple sites, streamline progress photo storage, and improve visibility into daily project activity. They approached Builder Storm because their existing on-premise systems no longer met these needs, and they wanted a more collaborative, cloud-based solution.

Builder Storm implemented a cloud platform with mobile timesheet submission, digital payroll approval, photo galleries with metadata and timestamping, and daily diary tools with automatic weather tracking and secure storage. The solution also integrated with Asta Power Project and exported timesheet data to CSV for Sage payroll, helping Anderson Group gain real-time site updates and stronger productivity. According to Anderson Group, the return on investment was almost immediate, with the company also benefiting from improved support, training, and a clearer interface from Builder Storm.
