A Build14Me Case Study

Preview of the Infection Prevention Society (ips) Case Study

Infection Prevention Society serves 2,000+ members with Build14Me

The Infection Prevention Society (IPS), a charity with over 2,000 members, required a contemporary and professional website to better serve its members and reflect its mission. Their challenge involved creating an intuitive site with multiple admin levels and a secure member login area for exclusive content. They engaged the vendor Build14me to undertake this web design and build project using their bespoke Timberwolf Content Management System.

Build14me implemented a solution featuring a restructured site with intuitive user journeys and four distinct levels of admin access. The new website successfully provides tailored content for non-members, members, and executive group members, all accessible through a single login. As a result, IPS gained a fully optimized site that is easy to update and serves as a key benefit for membership recruitment and engagement. Following the successful launch, Build14me's parent company, Frank!, also collaborated with IPS on their first digital event.
