TX Group, Switzerland’s largest private media group, operates dozens of digital products with 500 developers across 50+ locations and is a frequent target of cyber attacks. Traditional, point-in-time audits and legacy scanning were insufficient for continuous protection, leaving the organization exposed as it rapidly builds and changes services.

TX Group adopted a Bugcrowd-managed bug bounty program with ready-made Slack/Jira integrations to shift from audits to continuous, crowdsourced testing. The program uncovered up to 20× more vulnerabilities than prior audits (including critical issues), and after the initial remediation surge the number of critical findings fell to zero for over six months, improving security posture and cost‑benefit as the program matured.
