Dexus, one of Australia's leading real estate groups, faced the challenge of integrating and optimizing complex building systems across its diverse national portfolio of 23 properties. With a mix of different Building Management Systems, Energy Management Systems, and metering configurations, they needed a partner to help achieve their sustainability and operational excellence goals. They partnered with vendor Bueno to implement its comprehensive Building Optimisation Module.

Bueno successfully integrated its analytics platform across the portfolio, providing solutions for energy management, fault detection, and building optimisation. The results were significant, including $2.8 million in verified energy savings, a reduction of 8.7Kt in carbon emissions, and water savings of 165,000 kL. Bueno's solution empowered Dexus to make data-driven decisions, close over 8,300 operational actions, and improve its NABERS and GRESB performance.
