Case Study: Aspire Education saves 1 day a week per centre with Budgetly

A Budgetly Case Study

Preview of the Aspire Education Case Study

Aspire Education saves each centre 1 day a week in expense management

Aspire Education, an early childhood education provider with 15 centres in Victoria, needed a better way to manage spending across its sites. Using bank credit cards created problems with missing receipts, slow card issuance, and time-consuming manual reconciliation for finance teams. Budgetly’s prepaid corporate cards and expense management software were brought in to replace the old process.

With Budgetly, Aspire Education set up 28 prepaid corporate cards, captured receipts through the app, and used automated transaction details, real-time visibility, budget controls, and Xero sync to streamline spend management. The result was a far more centralised process with automatic reconciliation, easier card setup, and less admin, saving each centre at least one day per week in expense management. Budgetly also provided local Australian support that the customer described as responsive and helpful.
