Access Lifecare Eliminates Receipt-Chasing With Budgetly

Access Lifecare, a registered NDIS service provider supporting people with disabilities across ACT, Queensland and New South Wales, was struggling with receipt-chasing, inconsistent card use, time-consuming admin, and limited visibility over spending. The team used credit cards for everyday expenses, but finance staff often had to track down missing receipts and verify transaction details manually. Budgetly helped address these issues with its prepaid corporate cards and expense management software.

With Budgetly, Access Lifecare issued 36 prepaid corporate cards and used the software to capture receipts, add notes, assign categories, and track transactions in real time. The result was far less admin work, better control over budgets and spending, and savings of up to 3 days a month on expense management, with the finance manager saying the process now saves roughly a day and a half each fortnight. Budgetly also helped the organisation save $480 a year on an annual subscription and improved support for staff and finance teams alike.
