Total Training Provision, operating as Skern Training & Skills, needed a consistent way to deliver high-quality apprenticeships nationally while managing the challenges of outdoor training. They chose Bud Systems’ cloud-based training management platform, Bud, to replace fragmented processes with a single, intuitive system that could be used anywhere, on any device.

Bud Systems implemented a joined-up platform that improved learner and trainer access, messaging, evidence upload, and reporting. The results were strong: 32% of users rated Bud as excellent and 68% as good, 84% said messaging was good, and 73% found uploading evidence easy. Bud also gave Skern Training & Skills better business intelligence through accurate dashboards and a single source of truth, helping the organisation confidently monitor the health of its training business.
