Paragon Skills, a leading national apprenticeship provider, needed a better way to standardise programmes and resources across a large, distributed team while moving from frameworks to standards. Using multiple systems for funding management, ePortfolio, enrolment, and spreadsheets made it difficult to maintain consistency, quality, and scalability. Bud Systems provided the single platform Paragon Skills needed to support growth and ensure a high-quality learner experience.

Bud Systems implemented an integrated solution including its Programme Design suite, allowing Paragon Skills to centrally design, quality assure, and deliver consistent apprenticeship programmes with more digital content. The result was improved enrolment, management, and delivery, with learners and tutors able to access everything on any device. Paragon Skills also reported stronger outcomes, including success rates rising from 66.7% to 71.4% in a single year, alongside a Grade 2 Good Ofsted rating and year-on-year improvement.
