Preview of the Doteveryone Case Study

Doteveryone improves care with Buckley Williams after discovering 70% of care homes lack wifi

The customer, Doteveryone, a charity focused on using technology to rethink public services, faced the challenge of exploring how technology could improve end of life care in the UK. They engaged the vendor, Buckley Williams, to help them move beyond traditional reports by using prototyping to investigate potential solutions and make their findings more tangible.

Buckley Williams developed several prototypes, including a service for sharing audio postcards and a collaborative health information system, to illustrate what could be possible with improved infrastructure. The key result was a shift in understanding; the project revealed that the solution was not a new product but rather improving access to existing tools and providing training. This work provided Doteveryone with tangible props to inspire and persuade policy makers about the future of care.
