The American Marketing Association (AMA), a global professional association for marketers, needed a better way to support recognition and connection across its fully remote workforce. Before Bucketlist, AMA struggled with manually managing eGift cards, new hire swag, and other logistics while trying to make feedback and appreciation feel more tangible and inclusive.

AMA implemented Bucketlist as a centralized rewards and recognition platform to tie feedback to its core competencies, support awards for birthdays, anniversaries, referrals, and new hires, and make recognition easier across teams. The results were strong: participation hit 100% in the first three months and has averaged 96% since, while AMA also reported higher engagement, stronger cross-team connection, reduced manual workload for People and Culture, and improved engagement survey results.
