Neovia Logistics, a supply chain management company, needed to staff a new Dallas/Fort Worth headquarters quickly after relocating in 2012. With more than 225 new jobs to fill in an unfamiliar market, the company turned to Buchanan Technologies and its Professional Services team for help finding qualified IT candidates on a tight timeline.

Buchanan Technologies partnered with Neovia’s hiring managers to understand role requirements and tapped its Dallas-area IT network to source the right talent. The result was 21 contractors placed to support major projects and 12 direct-hire candidates, helping Neovia launch its new office smoothly and strengthen its IT team in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
