EqualReach is a social enterprise that connects organizations with vetted, highly skilled teams of displaced professionals from refugee communities around the world. To move beyond a manual operation that could only handle a few projects at a time, EqualReach needed a faster way to manage its complex marketplace workflow, including project submissions, matching, contracts, payments, and project management. They chose Bubble to build the platform without traditional code.

Using Bubble, EqualReach launched its MVP in just three months and created a three-sided marketplace for clients, delivery partners, and internal admins. The platform streamlined project intake and delivery, helping the team run dozens of projects per week and create more than 180 jobs for displaced talent, with workers earning 4–10x higher wages than local alternatives. Bubble enabled EqualReach to scale across 15 countries while maintaining strong satisfaction, including a 9.75/10 NPS.
