Why Gaming Powerhouse Unity Powers Up With Bubble

Unity’s Supersonic team needed a better way to answer game creators’ questions, reduce support inquiries, improve retention, and strengthen brand sentiment. Product Manager Keren Franck wanted to build a knowledge hub, but with limited development resources and no immediate roadmap slot, she turned to Bubble Group and Bubble’s no-code platform to create an MVP.

Using Bubble, Unity launched the Supersonic Knowledge Hub in just a few months, starting with one section at a time and later expanding it into a self-service portal for internal teams to upload and edit content. Bubble Group helped Unity deliver the product about 3X faster than traditional development and at a fraction of the cost, and the hub now serves more than 15,000 partners per year and has become the Supersonic platform’s fifth most visited page.
