Seagate, a data storage company, needed a faster and more flexible way to build both internal tools and customer-facing applications, including its Lyve Admin Console and Lyve Management Portal. The traditional development approach for its subscription hub had taken more than three years, and the team wanted a secure, scalable way to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.

Bubble Group helped Seagate rebuild these tools on Bubble, enabling a small six-person team to deliver the internal Admin Console in about two months and complete the customer-facing portal in roughly six months. Bubble Group’s platform integrated with systems like Salesforce, Zuora, and SAP, passed Seagate’s security review, and cut development time by about 2.5 years compared with the original build, while also reducing costs and increasing agility.
