Case Study: Kirkland's achieves optimal allocation and efficient replenishment with BTM Global

A BTM Global Case Study

Preview of the Kirkland's Case Study

Specialty retailer achieves optimal allocation and efficient replenishment

Kirkland’s, a Nashville‑based specialty home décor retailer with over 340 stores in 35 states, needed to streamline merchandising to achieve a more consistent inventory flow and faster allocation decisions. Working within its Oracle Retail merchandising environment, Kirkland’s engaged BTM Global (with planning work led by partner Veltio) to add Oracle Retail Allocation and Oracle Retail RMS Replenishment functionality and improve replenishment processes.

BTM Global designed and implemented the integrations, configuration, testing, training and on‑site go‑live support, and delivered knowledge transfer so Kirkland’s could support the applications internally. The deployment launched nearly flawless and on time for the holiday season; BTM Global’s work automated replenishment, significantly sped allocation decision‑making, reduced costs and improved profitability while keeping the project on budget.
