Perry Ellis International (PEI), a global branded lifestyle apparel retailer with more than 70 U.S. and U.K. stores, needed to integrate its online and physical store environments and move from Oracle Retail v12 to v14 to enable “commerce anywhere,” better pricing and allocation, improved inventory visibility, and a modern, more secure POS (EMV, P2PE, tokenization). PEI engaged BTM Global for development and implementation services, including solution definition, data conversion, software modifications and deployment across its U.S. and U.K. locations.

BTM Global executed a unique upgrade approach across the Oracle Store Suite and supporting modules (POS, Back Office, Central Office, RMS, RPM, Allocation, SIM, RIB) plus custom integrations and data migration, completing the first enterprise upgrade to Oracle Retail v14 in under six months with minimal downtime. As a result, PEI now has modernized POS and EMV-enabled payments, single sign-on, clearer inventory visibility, improved promotional capabilities, and stronger security — all delivered on time by BTM Global.
