Deckers Brands, a global designer and retailer of footwear and apparel (including UGG® Australia), faced rapid retail and wholesale expansion but was hampered by legacy systems, spreadsheet-based processes and a disjointed POS that couldn’t support international growth or integrate with its Oracle ERP. Deckers engaged BTM Global for implementation, support and strategic technology planning and selected the Oracle Retail Enterprise suite to establish a scalable, vertically integrated retail foundation.

BTM Global assessed Deckers’ retail strategy, led software selection, and implemented 11 Oracle Retail products across North America and Europe within 15 months using a single-instance, low-customization approach and iterative parallel deliveries. Key milestones included merchandise planning and foundational data live in seven months and a U.S. store rollout completed in three weeks; the program helped double Deckers’ retail footprint and drove significant retail sales growth while reducing manual processes and improving operational visibility.
