Global Retailer, a nationwide chain with thousands of stores, needed to modernize its technology rapidly to improve in-store customer experience, boost associate productivity, and expand omni-channel capabilities before the holiday season. The retailer selected BTM Global to deliver Oracle Retail Omni-channel Solutions, including Xstore Point-of-Service (POS) and Order Broker, to meet these time-sensitive business goals.

BTM Global implemented Oracle Retail Xstore POS and Order Broker with custom integrations to non-Oracle systems, EMV payments, environment staging and deployments, and IT and vendor training. Within six months the solution was live in several U.S. stores and is on track for deployment in more than 150 U.S. locations; the integrated omni-channel platform increased conversion rates, reduced out-of-stock scenarios, enabled mobile POS on tablets for real-time inventory and online order fulfillment, and streamlined sales processing and flexible shipping options.
