Prepare + Prosper tackles $2,400 in annual financial transaction costs with bswing

Prepare + Prosper, a Minnesota non-profit, faced the challenge of helping low-income families build financial health and access high-value banking products. They sought to create a new initiative, fair: Financial Access in Reach, to deliver these products to the unbanked and underbanked. To accelerate this innovation, they engaged the vendor bswing.

bswing facilitated co-design workshops that included consumers, financial service providers, and credit experts. Through these workshops, they prototyped solutions for product distribution and adoption, helping to define the FAIR initiative. The work done by bswing supercharged the diverse team, helping them understand user needs and create early prototypes to bring the product vision to life.
