CarMax, a U.S. automotive retailer with nearly 30,000 employees, needed to increase benefits program awareness and drive associate self-service and autonomy. To meet these goals they partnered with bswift and engaged the bswift Engagement Agency to improve communications during open enrollment.
bswift implemented a multi-channel education campaign using more engaging formats (video and flipbooks) and alternative delivery methods to reach the full associate population. The campaign led to 29k associates logging into the bswift site, a 43% reduction in enrollment calls (saving about 20,000 minutes), executive recognition at a company town hall, and a Hermes Creative Gold Award for communication excellence.
