A BSI Case Study

Preview of the City of Dallas Case Study

Understand and Improve Process Implementation With Entropy

The City of Dallas, the ninth-largest city in the United States, needed to replace its outdated QEHS management software with a more user-friendly, secure, and configurable system. Working with BSI, the city sought a solution that could better support its Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management programs, improve reporting and risk management, and fit its municipal structure.

BSI implemented Entropy™, configuring the platform in just six weeks and supporting user acceptance testing, train-the-trainer sessions, and ongoing maintenance. The new system improved visibility, compliance, and employee engagement across the city’s QEHS processes, with measurable use in the first 15 months including 387 audits, 1,010 risks assessed, 1,301 legal requirements logged, and 1,186 actions managed.
