The Window Company (Contracts) Ltd, a Chelmsford-based family business serving councils, housing providers, schools, and private-sector clients across London and the South East, wanted a way to prove the quality of its survey and installation service while supporting its growth strategy. To do this, it worked with BSI on certification to the BSI Kitemark™ for survey and installation, based on BS 8213-4, alongside its existing quality, environmental, energy efficiency, and health and safety standards.
