The Supplier Compliance Audit Network (SCAN), an industry trade association, faced the challenge of audit fatigue within its members' global supply chains. BSI provided its SCREEN Edge platform to manage audits and corrective actions, enabling standardized reporting. They also developed an Immersive Audit process and used blockchain for authentication. This solution resulted in significant efficiencies: 4,000 audits are now conducted annually, and SCAN members saved an estimated $7.7 million in 2022 through reduced audit costs, with 88% of members benefiting from shared audits.
