Precision MicroFab, a small micro-manufacturing company based in Severna Park, Maryland, needed to earn dual ISO certification to meet the requirements of major medical device customers and expand into larger markets. The company successfully achieved both certifications in December 2011, opening the door to industry-leading customers, strengthening proof of compliance, and supporting future growth into device development; Precision MicroFab also reported improved manufacturing processes, two lead auditors on staff, and expected revenue gains as a result.
