A BSI Case Study
Nippon Gohsei, a major chemical company focused on high value-added products, wanted to improve productivity and strengthen internal structured problem solving. Although already familiar with process improvement methods, the company was initially cautious about investing in BSI’s Lean Six Sigma training and wanted to be sure it would deliver real business value.
BSI worked with Nippon Gohsei through a step-by-step program of training, coaching, and leadership support to implement Lean Six Sigma and embed a culture of continual improvement. The results were immediate: staff gained a common improvement toolkit they could apply to everyday problem solving and major operational projects, and the company reported a positive effect on the bottom line.
