McQuay Americas Gets Lean and Green with Entropy® Software

McQuay Americas, part of Daikin Industries, needed a better way to centralize environmental data, improve visibility into performance, and support compliance across its North American sites. The company wanted a flexible, scalable system that could be rolled out gradually and used for management reporting, document control, audits, and sustainability tracking. BSI’s Entropy software was selected to replace spreadsheet-based management and support McQuay’s environmental and ISO 14001 goals.

BSI implemented Entropy as a modular, enterprise-wide platform for McQuay to manage documents, audits, training, management reviews, KPIs, and environmental action plans. The solution improved reporting and oversight, reduced manual checks and internal inspections, helped avoid late fees, and enabled the team to accomplish more with the same staff. With BSI’s Entropy, McQuay also gained measurable sustainability progress, including support for its CO2 reduction goals and progress toward certifying all nine North American sites under ISO 14001.
