ISO/IEC 27001 Positions InteliSecure for Growth, Leadership in Data Loss Prevention Industry

InteliSecure, a managed security service provider focused on data loss prevention, needed to better secure internal and customer assets, formalize disaster recovery planning, support rapid growth, and stand out in a competitive market. To address these challenges, the company worked with BSI to pursue ISO/IEC 27001 certification, seeking a stronger, more structured information security management approach.

BSI helped InteliSecure implement ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and later ISO/IEC 27001:2013, bringing standardized workflows, clearer documentation, stronger asset control, and improved risk management across the organization. The results included reduced risk-related gaps, faster onboarding, better employee alignment, and improved customer service; InteliSecure also achieved certification with only three minor CAPAs in one audit and later no non-conformities in its 2015 assessment by BSI.
