ISO 9001 Pushes Redline to Soar Above the Competition in the Development of Mission Critical Wireless Networks

Redline Communications, a creator of mission-critical wireless networks and complete wireless solutions for energy, military, municipal, and telecom customers, needed to shift from a product-focused model to a full solution-based offering while maintaining a competitive edge. To support this transition, Redline worked with BSI on ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and guidance.

BSI helped Redline implement ISO 9001 through value-added audits and certification support, giving the company a clear framework for its QMS and continual improvement. The result was a stronger foundation for quality across development, testing, assembly, and customer feedback, with Redline achieving perfect audits with zero nonconformances since 2012 and earning BSI’s Quality Award of Excellence in 2013.
