Web Industries, a Massachusetts-based materials converting company with more than 350 employees across seven locations in the US and Europe, needed to replace an antiquated Microsoft Access-based quality management system and improve document control to better meet client requirements. The new system helped streamline training, support CAPA and management review processes, and improve operational efficiency with real-time access to information; while no numeric metric was given, Web Industries reported significantly better functionality and knowledge sharing, along with strong value from BSI’s support and training.
