Overbury, one of the UK’s leading fit out and refurbishment specialists, wanted to be among the first organizations to achieve certification to the revised ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Working with BSI, the company sought to strengthen customer satisfaction, gain a competitive advantage, and better align its quality and environmental management systems with its customer-focused business approach.

BSI supported Overbury through early guidance, revision events, and readiness reviews to help the business transition to the new standards efficiently. The result was certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in September 2015, streamlined management systems, reduced documentation in the EMS, and a stronger culture of continual improvement and risk-based thinking, including identifying its supply chain as both a risk and an opportunity for growth.
