BSI implemented Entropy, a centralized management system used across British Gypsum’s quality, environment, and health & safety functions, as well as for audits. The solution streamlined document control and audit management, automatically sending reminders and tracking progress, and helped save three to four working days a month on audits alone. British Gypsum also reported improved knowledge sharing, faster access to current documents, and greater overall operational efficiency.
