Fredrickson International Has Opened Doors to New Business Opportunities With ISO 14001 Certification

Fredrickson International, a leading UK debt collection agency and part of the Interlaken Group, wanted to demonstrate stronger environmental responsibility, meet client and tender requirements, and reduce the environmental impact of its operations. To help achieve this, it worked with BSI on ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification.

BSI supported Fredrickson International through gap analysis, training, and rollout of an environmental management system, helping the company build staff awareness and embed sustainable practices across its sites. The result was full ISO 14001 certification in May 2013, improved stakeholder confidence, a more streamlined audit process, and greater efficiency, with Fredrickson reporting cost savings and reduced energy, waste, and resource use.
