Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, an upscale IHG hotel in Northwest Delhi and a major MICE destination, needed to strengthen food safety across its high-volume food and beverage operations. The hotel wanted greater confidence in its food quality and safety controls, better staff awareness, and a more structured approach to managing food safety hazards, so it chose BSI and the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certification.
BSI supported Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini with gap analysis, training, audits, and certification guidance to help embed ISO 22000 throughout the organization. The result was a more robust and consistently applied food safety system with improved internal processes, stronger employee engagement, better supplier/customer confidence, and ongoing continual improvement in food safety practices.
