A BSI Case Study

BSI Software Helps Haskel to Simplify and Unify Their Quality Control Processes

Haskel, a global manufacturer of high-pressure pumps, gas boosters and air amplifiers, was struggling with a non-robust process for managing customer complaints and other non-conformances. Its sites were using spreadsheets and different systems, leading to inconsistent communication, scattered records, tracking gaps, and delays between locations such as Sunderland, UK and California. Haskel turned to BSI and its Business Improvement Software to create a more unified quality control process.

BSI implemented a one-stop-shop system for logging, managing and communicating NCRs and CARs, with automated email alerts, reminders and escalations, plus document control and centralized record storage. The solution improved internal communication, replaced old spreadsheets, and helped Haskel track actions more effectively across sites. BSI says the company is now planning a global rollout, expanding the software’s use across the business.
