BSI Software Has Become an Essential Day-to-day Tool for Collier Quarrying and Recycling

Collier Quarrying and Recycling, a quarrying, concrete batching, and haulage company based in central Scotland, faced growing challenges managing the volume of certification documentation, audit scheduling, non-conformance handling, document control, and training records. They turned to BSI and its web-based Business Improvement Software to help bring these day-to-day compliance activities under control.

BSI worked with Collier to populate the system with existing documentation and create an NCF database, enabling audits and non-conformances to be tracked by the right staff and management. The result was improved control and visibility: non-conformances are now recorded and resolved on time, audits are scheduled correctly, and employee training records and individual training plans are in place, helping Collier maintain ISO 9001 compliance and support other certifications.
