Athena PTS Experiencing Continual Improvement After Implementing BSI Software

Athena PTS Limited, an electrical consultancy, design, installation, and operations/maintenance company, needed a better way to manage ISO requirements, schedule audits consistently, document non-conformance, and track corrective actions through closeout. BSI helped the customer with its Entropy business improvement software to address these compliance and process management challenges.

With BSI’s Entropy system in place, Athena PTS improved action management, streamlined implementation with face-to-face training and support, and embedded the platform into daily work. The results included 16 planned and completed audits year-to-date versus four the previous year, 25 actions raised and successfully closed, stronger continual improvement, and better evidence of compliance with legal and ISO standards.
