Addleshaw Goddard, a leading law firm, wanted a faster way to review M&A deal documents and produce reporting for due diligence. Working with BRYTER and Kira Systems, the team aimed to take extracted data from Kira and turn it into a streamlined legal review process that could also feed data back into their machine learning models.

Using BRYTER’s no-code platform and its integration with Kira, Addleshaw Goddard built the AMBER solution in just one weekend. BRYTER enabled the firm to connect its Kira and BRYTER instances quickly, test the workflow on live documents, and create an end-to-end review and house-style reporting tool that improved efficiency and supported ongoing training of Kira smart fields.
