A BRYTER Case Study
Ashurst Advance, the NewLaw and innovation division of global law firm Ashurst, needed a better way to turn client needs and internal hackathon ideas into practical legal-tech solutions. To do this, the team used BRYTER’s no-code platform to help students and subject matter experts build prototype tools for real legal use cases during Ashurst’s first legal hackathon.
Using BRYTER, Ashurst Advance created and tested four pilot tools in a 24-hour competition, including a corporate policy analyzer, an antitrust contract review tool, a GDPR Subject Access Request assistant, and a security token offering term sheet generator. The hackathon produced promising prototypes now being reviewed by Ashurst Digital Ventures for further development into client-facing tools, laying the groundwork for an ongoing global innovation program.
