Brushfire partnered with the Bridging the Gap Ministry, a Minnesota-based women's ministry, to address their event management challenges. The organization needed a unified solution to clearly map hard-to-find event locations at a campground, highlight their missions and giving opportunities, and consolidate information for their three major annual retreats and podcast into a single, easy-to-access place.

The solution implemented by Brushfire was a custom, all-in-one event app. This app provided interactive venue and vendor maps for easy navigation, dedicated pages for missions and giving, and a central hub for all events, schedules, and resources. The Brushfire app allowed for live updates and push notifications, ensuring attendees always had current information. The result was a streamlined experience for over 3,100 annual attendees, who appreciated having everything they needed at their fingertips.
