Richardson Independent School District (RISD) needed a more user-friendly and streamlined digital ticketing solution, especially as the pandemic made in-person and cash transactions problematic. Their existing platform with Brushfire only handled season tickets, so they faced the challenge of quickly implementing a system for individual game sales that could also enforce capacity limits by restricting access, initially to parents of athletes only.

Brushfire implemented a fully digital ticketing platform for RISD, providing personalized access codes to control sales and offering responsive, personalized customer service for setup and updates. The solution empowered RISD to successfully manage capacity restrictions, gave staff the tools to run events and generate insightful sales reports, and ultimately provided attendees with an intuitive and secure way to purchase tickets.
