Jinga Clothing avoids 5 transatlantic flights and saves 13.3 metric tons of CO2 with Browzwear

Jinga Clothing, a designer and manufacturer of custom professional cycling wear, needed to innovate its design and production processes to improve quality, speed time-to-market, reduce physical samples, and enhance communication with overseas manufacturers. To meet these challenges, Jinga turned to Browzwear and its 3D design software, VStitcher, to begin its digital transformation.

By implementing Browzwear's VStitcher, Jinga was able to build garments entirely digitally, enabling remote collaboration and virtual fittings. This was particularly impactful during travel bans, allowing them to design for a global team without in-person meetings. The solution resulted in a significant reduction of physical samples and travel, saving 13.3 metric tons of CO2 and avoiding 5 transatlantic flights in 2022. It also allowed digital garments to be used for eCommerce and sent straight to production.
