Fookwah, a swimwear and fitness apparel supply chain partner, faced a significant challenge in accurately visualizing the fit and behavior of its tight-fitting garments. The unique interaction of stretchy fabrics and seams on the body created a discrepancy between design prototypes and the final physical product, requiring constant adjustments and multiple samples. To address this, Fookwah turned to Browzwear's 3D design solutions, Lotta and VStitcher, seeking a true-to-life simulation.

Browzwear implemented a solution featuring advanced tools like friction parameters for avatars and a Force Multiplier to precisely mimic how elastics and bindings affect fabric stretch and cling. This provided Fookwah with highly accurate, true-to-life 3D visualizations, enabling early prototyping and on-the-spot virtual adjustments. As a result, Browzwear streamlined Fookwah's design process, significantly reducing the number of physical samples required and cutting time to market.
