By migrating to Browserless, Vivian Health swapped to puppeteer-core and then fully adopted the vendor's HTTP PDF API, which accepts HTML and returns a PDF. This solution scaled seamlessly from 100,000 to millions of PDFs generated per month. Browserless enabled fast performance during traffic peaks and saved the company approximately one engineer's annual salary in costs related to maintaining browser operations.
