Elavon wanted to better position itself as a payments industry leader with a strong understanding of multiple industries, especially hospitality, and needed a better way for sales reps to communicate its solutions to prospects. Brown Bag Marketing helped by creating a dynamic sales app for Elavon’s hospitality sales team, along with a microsite, to support more tailored customer conversations.
Brown Bag Marketing developed a sales tool that let Elavon representatives guide prospects through custom product presentations organized by industry topics and aligned to specific needs and pain points. The app also provided useful content and data points in a clear, customer-friendly voice, and the result was strong partner feedback, with one channel bank partner calling it the best tool he had seen for explaining Elavon’s solutions. The work was also named a 2017 AMY Awards finalist.
